Myself and pilots were embarrassed as everyone looked at us . We stepped aside and called scheduling. One hour and ten Minutes later after siting in the lobby , clerk called us up as she received payment .
WE DID A TAXI FARE FOR 2 CREW MEMBERS FROM THE AIR PORT TO A LOCAL HOTEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS PLUS CREDIT CARD DECLINES. I CALLED THEM AND THEY TELL ME ALL THEIR CORPORATE CREDIT CARDS ARE DECLINING ???????? .....JUST LIKE THE FIRST REVIEW SAYS
API's word means nothing to me.
Since this place took over our lodging we have stayed at horrible hotels attached to truck stops, hooked knocking on doors, security in elevated towers etc. They are the worst!
We (flight crew )arrived at hotel on April first late in the evening . The line was long at the front desk and other airline crews , guests were waiting behind us. We wait are turn and tell them we are #### airlines ( major airline ) .The desk clerk asks for clarification,I told her possiably booked as API. She says to me as everyone hears , " that card is declined , next in line please"
I work for an airline and I feel that many of our complaints are ignored. Their usual response back to us is, "" we talked with management, issue resolved." Upon my next visit to the hotel, I find the same ole problem.
